At FDA we use only locally grown grains including corn, rye, wheat and malted barley.
Our mature spirits are aged in charred virgin American oak barrels until the full flavor profiles come through. We age our immature spirits brief periods in used barrels. This smooths and softens them, eliminating the diesel odor and jet fuel burn associated with "white" whiskys. Whether neat, with water, on ice, or in your favorite cocktail, we craft our whisky for you to enjoy as you please. We turn grain into gold. |
